Benchmade Knife Company has appointed four new managers who will help drive growth for their portfolio of brands.
The four brand managers are: Jason Boyd Benchmade; Adam Navarro Harley-Davidson Knives; Tom Garlock HK Knives; and Matt Elliott Lone Wolf Knives.
Each brand manager will be responsible for the performance of their respective product lines, assessing market and competitor activity, establishing pricing and merchandising programs, and working with Benchmade’s engineering and operations teams in the introduction of new products.
They will also work closely with Benchmade’s sales managers in all markets Commercial, Federal Government & Military Sales and Hardware/Industrial.
All four brand managers will report to Rob Morrison, Benchmade’s Director of Marketing and Strategic Planning.
“As we continue to expand our portfolio of brands and look for growth opportunities in a variety of markets, it’s critical to have dedicated brand professionals in place,” according to Greg Mooney, President of Benchmade.
The position of Brand Manager is new for Benchmade.
Jason Boyd: Boyd has been Benchmade’s Product Line manager for the past two years. He began his career at Nike working in Retail, Sport Marketing and Product Development in both the Equipment and Apparel Divisions. He then moved to LaCrosse Footwear where he was a Product Line Manager for the Danner Work and Uniform Lines.
