Oakley's retail venture N3L Optics opened its first factory outlet store in Orlando Friday featuring a special chamber that lets consumers test 18 different brands of sunglasses in simulated wind and light conditions.

The store at Orlando Premium Outlets in Orlando, FL and is the company’s second location in Orlando. N3L targets weekend warriors and athletes of all levels by providing an interactive and educational experience. This includes its “Explorer Chamber,” which enables customers to ensure that their chosen frame and lens provide a comfortable and secure fit against wind and ultra violet (UV) light reaction.

“Providing our customers with the confidence that their eyewear will perform to their standards before they leave our store gives them the edge they need to elevate their game when they need it most,” says Kendra Reichenau, an SVP with N3L Optics.

The company sells a wide variety of current and reduced price performance eyewear from 18 brand manufactures such as Oakley, Ray-Ban, Revo, Smith, Electric and Tag Heuer.

N3L Optics, which stands for Newton's 3 Laws of Motion, is an Oakley company, itself a subsidiary of Luxottica Group of Milan, Italy.
