New Era has announced plans to open a flagship store in New York City’s Soho district.
The store, scheduled to open this summer, is located at 300 Lafayette Street at the corner of East Houston and Crosby Streets and directly across the street from REI’s Manhattan store.
New Era operated a pop-up location nearby at 244 Lafayette Street from mid-December last year until May of this year.
New Era opened its first store in New York City in 1996 at 9 East 4th Street before closing it in 2018.
The store will represent New Era’s only other flagship store, outside of its hometown of Buffalo, NY.
