Silencer Central has hired shooting sports and outdoor industry veteran Kelly Streiff as the company’s new chief revenue officer.
“We are very excited to add someone of Kelly’s caliber to the leadership team,” said Founder and CEO Brandon Maddox. “She brings a wealth of knowledge and a history of success in the outdoor industry. With the tremendous growth we’ve seen over the past few years and a bright future ahead, adding a proven leader with her level of experience is going to help us capitalize on existing opportunities and continue to adapt to changes in the market.”
Streiff reportedly brings over 15 years of leadership experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in the outdoor and shooting sports industry. Most recently, she served for over eight years as VP of Sales and Marketing at Proof Research. She also held the position of national accounts sales manager at Leupold & Stevens for nearly five years, following her industry start at Cabela’s, where she was a category manager in the firearms business.
Streiff graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Criminal Justice and Forensic Science and earned her MBA at the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
“One of the many things that drew me to Silencer Central is the team atmosphere and determination of the entire group to deliver outstanding products and industry-leading service to our customers,” Streiff said. “When you combine the company’s customer-first approach with its dedication to innovation and strong support for conservation initiatives and organizations, it’s easy to understand why anyone who’s passionate about outdoor recreation and the shooting sports would be excited to join the Silencer Central family.”
Silencer Central was founded in 2005 in Sioux Falls, SD.
