Wolverine Worldwide announced that it hired Jim O’Connor as head of sales for the Work Group, which includes Bates, Cat Footwear, Harley-Davidson Footwear, Hytest, Wolverine Boots & Apparel.
O’Connor was most recently SVP/GM at Lands End Outfitters from June 2023 to October 2024. Previously, he served as SVP of North America sales for Shoes For Crews for over four years. Before that, he spent 14 years at Timberland, including eight years at Timberland Pro.
Wolverine said in a LinkedIn post, “Jim brings over two decades of footwear and apparel industry experience, with previous executive roles at Timberland Pro, Shoes for Crews and Lands’ End, among others.
“He has an extensive background in commercially led businesses across product, sales and marketing and building strong relationships, both internally, with team members and externally with customers.
“We look forward to the impact he will have on our Work Group portfolio (Bates, Cat Footwear, Harley-Davidson Footwear, Hytest, Wolverine Boots & Apparel) as we continue to advance the organization and Make. Every Day. Better.”
