VF Corp. appointed Valentina Visconti Prasca, formerly at Yoox Net-a-Porter Group, as president of Napapijri, the Italian lifestyle brand known for its travel bags and outdoor apparel.
At Yoox Net-a-Porter Group, Visconti Prasc served as managing director of Yoox worldwide and an executive committee member. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at publishing house De Agostini, packaging materials giant Veepee Group and eBay after beginning her career at Bain & Co.
Visconti Prasca said in a LinkedIn post, “I am proud to join VF Corporation as President of Napapijri. “Becoming part of a group with a powerful portfolio of iconic brands that I have come to know well through years of partnership is incredibly motivating.”
Visconti Prasca replaces Silvia Onofri, who joined Miu Miu as CEO in February.
VF has owned Napapijri since 2004.
