Archon Firearms, a manufacturer of handguns, headquartered in the Czech Republic, announced a strategic transition in its U.S. market operations.
As part of the cooperation plan between Archon Firearms and PTR Industries, Inc., a manufacturer of roller-lock weapons based in Horry County, SC, Archon Firearms has now established its U.S.-based subsidiary, Archon Firearms USA.
Archon Firearms USA will oversee all import, distribution and customer service for U.S. dealers and customers. The company expects to complete the transition from PTR Industries to Archon Firearms USA in August.
“Without the steadfast partnership and support of PTR Industries, the next phase of Archon Firearms’ growth in the United States would not have been possible,” said Jacob Lunde, president of Archon Firearms. “We are deeply grateful for their role in helping us establish a foundation in this market.
All warranty services for Archon Firearms products will now be handled directly by Archon Firearms USA.
Headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, Archon Firearms USA will streamline the company’s U.S. operations, enhance service to dealers, and provide direct support to customers nationwide, thereby strengthening its presence in the U.S. market through direct operations.
