United Wheels (UW), the parent company of Huffy, Niner, Batch, and Buzz Bicycles, appointed Michael Gonzalez as category manager of BMX Product Management.
A former professional BMX rider and seasoned veteran in the bike industry, Gonzalez has expertise in complete bicycle product management, sales strategy and aftermarket product development. His experience includes product leadership roles at Odyssey BMX, Sunday Bikes, Fairdale Bikes, Full Factory Distribution (Bear Corp.), and SE Bikes (Advanced Sports Inc).
Gonzalez’s tenure in the bike industry also spans collaboration with worldwide distributors, aligning sales strategies with product launches, and direct involvement in quality control, supplier relations and team management.
