Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) reports that in 2024, the company opened 31 new studios worldwide, including in established and emerging markets.
“From Europe and the Middle East to the Americas, our global reach highlights our franchisees’ passion and dedication to delivering a life-changing fitness experience for Orangetheory Fitness,” said Dave Long, co-founder and CEO of Orangetheory Fitness.
Building on the momentum of earlier 2024 launches, December saw the addition of three new studio openings in key global markets, with Orangetheory Fitness Homz Mall opening in Kuwait on December 1, 2024, an all-women’s venue addressing the region’s culture, and marking the 12th studio in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region for master franchisee Khaled Jafar, who has grown the brand’s presence in the area since 2016.
On December 9, 2024, Orange Theory opened its first studio in the Kingdom of Bahrain Seef Branch and its 13th in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), also overseen by Jafar and franchisee Faisal Al Hamdan.
Orangetheory Fitness South Lyon opened its doors in Michigan on December 14, 2024. Chad and Holly Layton, first-time franchisees, own the studio, with Holly serving as a coach.
With nearly 1,500 studios across 24 countries, supported by franchise partners, each studio offers the brand’s “signature one-hour Orange 60 workout, as well as Tread 50 and Strength 50 classes,” catering to various fitness preferences.
