Rossmönster, the manufacturer of adventure vehicles, has hired Timothy Morgan as chief revenue officer. Morgan brings over two decades of experience in the RV industry in sales, business development and strategic leadership.
Morgan was introduced to RVs as a 13-year-old, washing the vehicles at a dealership where his grandfather worked as a service manager and his father as a sales manager. By 18, he had moved into sales at Giant RV, where he developed a deeper understanding of customer service and market dynamics. His career in the RV industry progressed quickly, taking on the role of national sales rep at Roadtrek and, most recently, working the last five years at Storyteller Overland, driving revenue growth and industry partnerships.
In recognition of his contributions to the RV industry, Morgan was honored as one of RV Associates’ “40 Under 40,” a testament to his leadership and vision.
“We are excited to have Morgan join our leadership team,” said Luke Farny, CEO of Rossmönster. “His deep roots in the RV industry, proven track record in revenue generation and commitment to excellence align perfectly with our mission to deliver unparalleled adventure experiences to our customers.”
As Chief Revenue Officer, Morgan will oversee all revenue streams, including sales strategy, business development and customer relations. He will focus on expanding Rossmönster’s market and dealer presence and enhancing the customer experience through innovative solutions.
