Bollé Brands has inked a strategic partnership with Seaport-ODLM for the exclusive distribution of its sunglasses and ophthalmic collections to opticians in Western Europe, effective January 1, 2025.
Seaport-ODLM will manage the distribution of Bollé, Serengeti and Spy+ products across several key European markets, including Germany, Italy, Austria, France, Spain, and Portugal.
The deal marks a pivotal step in Bollé Brands’ strategy to enhance its focus on specialized sales channels within the optical, sports and cycling sectors.
“Following the successful implementation of similar partnerships in Australia and the UK, this new venture reaffirms Bollé Brands’ commitment to strengthening its dedicated sales force for each distribution network,” the company said in a media release.
