Regal Products announced additions to its sales and customer service team, including one promotion within the group.
Effective immediately, the company promoted Roxanne Harris to an inside sales rep role. In this role, she will “leverage her years of experience with Regal Products to manage projects and customer inquiries across many segments.”
“Long-time customers will recognize Roxanne from her previous roles but will work with her more closely to bring their projects to fruition,” the company said in a media release.
To support Harris and the sales team, the company added two new customer service reps, Shaina Garrett and Nathanael Kisler, to its New York office.
“Providing exceptional service to our customers is the foundation of our business. Our customer-first strategies for new products, services and staff will guide us into the future,” commented Shawn Kitchell, CEO of Regal Products.
Regal Products has been a manufacturer of firearm safety devices for OEM firearm manufacturers since 1989.
