Look Cycle Group has sold the high-end carbon bicycle wheel specialist Corima to a group led by Pierre-Jean Martin, its co-founder. The parties did not disclose the terms of the transaction.
Martin has overseen the Corima business as Look Cycle’s chief technology officer.
Look Cycle Group, headquartered in Nevers, France, said the divestiture will enable the business to focus on manufacturing its branded pedals and bike segment.
Look Cycle Group acquired a majority stake in Corima in 2016.
