Solo Brands announced in a regulatory filing that Matthew Webb has decided to resign as chief operating officer.
His exit was effective September 27, 2024. Solo Brands said it has transitioned his duties internally to other members of management and begun a search for his replacement.
Webb had served as COO since October 2019. Prior to his time with the company, Webb served as a supply chain manager, VP of operations and director at Clarus Glassboards LLC from January 2013 to August 2019.
