Tour Edge, the golf club and bag manufacturer serving the global golf market, headquartered in Batavia, IL, has appointed Alessandra Ladd as VP of brand and strategic partnerships, effective October 14.

Ladd comes to the role from Wilson Golf. She brings a strong background in golf knowledge with experience in national account and sales team management, merchandising and global marketing efforts garnered over a decade working for the company. While there, she worked closely with Tour Edge President Tim Clarke, who brought Ladd to lead Tour Edge into a new era this past August.

Ladd will work closely with sales to develop strategies to maximize Tour Edge strategic partnerships in-store and online and work closely with the company’s marketing team to enhance the Tour Edge brand experience.

As a former college golfer, Ladd brings a unique perspective to the role that will provide insights to better target the serious player while amplifying the current trends of women’s golf.

“This is a major score for the brand,” said Tour Edge Founder and CEO David Glod. “Alessandra will be the Swiss army knife we need to pull many different facets of our business together cohesively and to bolster our communication and best efforts with our top accounts and our sales team. She will also be a huge addition to our marketing team.”
