Lotto Team Sport USA, a division of Etonic Worldwide, signed a three-year agreement as the official soccer equipment supplier of the FC Tampa Bay Rowdies.
Lotto Team Sport USA custom designed the team uniforms for the Rowdies inaugural season. The uniforms have a look, similar to the former Rowdies franchise that played in the old NASL. The home uniform features a white jersey with horizontal gold-and-green sleeves, white shorts and green and gold socks. The away jersey has green and white horizontal stripes throughout and is complemented by green shorts and striped socks. Tampa Bay is across the chest of both jerseys and the team shield over the upper left chest. All custom features of the jersey, including the numbers, are sublimated into the fabric. The sublimation printing process was mastered by Lotto Team Apparel and is designed to provide extremely sophisticated graphics without alterations to the technical properties of the advanced fabric used.
“We wanted to make sure we had a unique look that’s true to our brand,” said Andrew Nestor, team president. “I think the custom design and the professionalism of it sends a signal to our fan base what kind of club were going to be. Lotto Team Apparel has been a great partner for our franchise. They are very creative on the design front and lead the way with technology.”
The team uniform has a retro look but a modern feel and performance. The uniform features breathable microfiber fabric with a moisture, odor and UVA management system. Fans will be able to pre-order the Tampa Bay Rowdies jersey on the team’s website at fctampabay.com.
“We are really excited to be the soccer brand of choice of a franchise that has played such a big role in the history of American soccer,” said Andrea Bertele, CEO, Lotto Team Sports. “We view our partnership with the Rowdies as the perfect marriage between two Florida-based companies involved in different aspects of the game. We are also happy that the Rowdies have decided to keep their traditional uniforms that people immediately associate with their brand name. We knew we could design uniforms that could bring together a traditional look and the latest technology applied to performance apparel and we were very satisfied with the end result.”
