Stance has appointed David Tichiaz as chief executive officer, replacing company Co-Founder John Wilson, who will continue working as an advisor to the company.

 “Since David stepped into his role as president over a year ago, he’s diligently led our team. He’s helped align product and brand and further our company’s growth ambitions,” the company commented in a LinkedIn post.

Tichiaz joined Stance in 2023 after two years as VP of the Americas at Vans. Before that, he held various roles over a 13-year period at Vans, including VP of the EMEA, VP of merchandising for North America,

VP of sales of lifestyle and core channels, senior sales director of the lifestyle channel, key account manager, and a New York lifestyle and boutique sales rep
