Rawlings has promoted two key members of its sales staff to vice president posts within the company. Greg Bialis has been appointed VP of Teams Sales, while Robb McPhail has been named VP of Retail Sales, both appointments will be effective immediately.

Bialis, who will now assume responsibility for all Team Sales of both the Rawlings and Worth brands, came to Rawlings in 1989, and spent nine years in the company’s team sales division before joining the National Account Sales group. In his time there, he serviced key accounts, which included Champs, Sports Authority and Wal-Mart. Bialis was named Midwest Regional Manager in 2008, his last position before moving into his current VP role.

McPhail will now assume responsibility for Licensed Products, while also retaining all of his current retail sales responsibility for Jarden Team Sports. He joined Worth Sports in 1999 and was responsible for multiple sales areas during the integration of the Worth and Rawlings brands in 2004. McPhail later took over responsibility for National Account Management for Sports Authority and Wal-Mart, before being promoted to Director of Sales for the Rawlings, Worth, deBeer, and Miken brands in 2007.
