Baseball Factory will name Louisville Slugger as the official baseball bat and
fielding glove of Baseball Factory under a multi-year agreement.
In
addition, Baseball Factory has named Louisville Slugger as a secondary sponsor
of their tournament and youth divisions.

In total, Baseball Factory works with
over 12,000 high school and youth baseball players each year.  These players
will now have the opportunity to demo and purchase Louisville Slugger products
at Baseball Factory events.

“Louisville
Slugger has been at the heart of baseball since 1884, so our company knows what
it takes for players to be successful,” said Marty Archer, Louisville
Slugger president. “We also know that players want high performance
equipment.  Eighty percent of the hitters in the Hall of Fame were under
contract with Louisville Slugger.  We’re proud to partner with Baseball
Factory to help the nation’s best high school and youth players achieve
their goals of playing in college and beyond.”

Louisville Slugger, celebrating its 125th year,
noted that it continues to dominate the game in both wood and aluminum bat categories. Sixty percent of all Major League players currently use Louisville Slugger.  And in the past
decade, seven national college baseball champions hammered their way to the top
with Louisville Slugger TPX bats.

Known
as the nation’s leader in player development and college placement,
Baseball Factory hosts over 270 events each year, helping players nationwide
develop their game and ultimately working with them to find the right college
fit, both athletically and academically. Over the company’s 15-year
history, 30,000 players have gone on to play collegiate baseball and over 210
players have reached the major league level.  Baseball Factory acquired Team
One Baseball in 2004.

“We
are excited to partner with Louisville Slugger and name them as the official
baseball bat and fielding glove of Baseball Factory,” said Steve
Sclafani, CEO and Founder of the Baseball Factory.  “Louisville Slugger
is one of, if not the most respected brand in baseball and we are thrilled to
develop this partnership.  Through this relationship Baseball Factory’s
players will have the opportunity to use the best bats and fielding gloves in
the industry at our camps, tournaments, tryouts and showcases.”
