Gerber Gear, based in Portland, OR, hired Ash Williams as the outdoor brand’s new head of marketing, effective December 4.

Williams was, most recently, the VP of marketing at Grundéns, the fishing apparel and outdoor gear manufacturer based in Poulsbo, WA. Before that, Williams was the senior director of marketing for Keen footwear, head of brand marketing for Adidas North America and head of marketing for Amer Sports Group in North America, managing Salomon, Atomic, Suunto, and Arc’teryx.
