BH North America, a fitness equipment manufacturer based in Orange County, hired John Kipper as director of marketing and Shafiur Rahman as manager of customer service & support. Both Kipper and Rahman bring extensive fitness industry knowledge to BH North America, with more than twelve years of experience in commercial fitness equipment development, product management, marketing, and customer service.
Kipper, previously Manager of Services Marketing and Business Development at Star Trac, comes to BH North America with a background rooted in fitness equipment marketing and product management. While at Star Trac, Kipper most recently led marketing and growth opportunities within the Customer Services department and, from 2004 to 2008, directed development, launch, and product management activities as Product Manager of cardio products.

Rahman, previously Manager in the Customer Care department at Star Trac and early developer of Star Trac’s global resale inventory program, comes to BH North America with extensive experience in customer service, technical support, and operations management. Rahman’s expertise includes training and supervision of support and order fulfillment representatives.
