G-III Apparel Group, Ltd. reported net sales for the second quarter ended July 31 increased 9 percent to $659.8 million from $605.2 million in the prior-year second quarter. The company reported net income for the second quarter of $16.4 million, or 35 cents per diluted share, compared to $36.3 million, or 74 cents per diluted share, in the prior-year quarter.
“For the second quarter of fiscal 2024, we once again beat both our top and bottom line guidance and made progress on our strategic priorities, said Morris Goldfarb, chairman and CEO, G-III Apparel Group. “Our first half performance further validates G-III’s ability to successfully navigate what remains a dynamic environment. I am immensely proud of our team’s consistently strong execution.”
Non-GAAP net income per diluted share was 40 cents a share for the second quarter of this year compared to 39 cents a share in Q2 last year.
