Roark, the travel-inspired lifestyle brand headquartered in Irvine, CA, reported that Mike Wallace had joined the company as global marketing director, Greg Bravo came on board as its men’s design director and Corey Brindley was promoted from marketing director to the newly formed position of director of content creation.

Wallace reports to Hitzel and leads global marketing across all divisions and channels. He is a key member of the leadership team and leads global marketing across all divisions and channels. He is the keeper of the brand and tasked with telling stories about adventurism and the gear that gets you there. 

“I can’t imagine a better moment for Mike to join Roark. His methodical approach to communicating with the consumer, partnering with surf shops to differentiate a brand and to help the core win has always been admirable,” said Hitzel.

As men’s design director, Bravo is responsible for growing that side of the business and its Run Amok collection of running and activewear. He is also a member of the company’s leadership team, reporting to Rick Lohr, director of M&D.

In the newly formed role as director of content creation, Brindley manages the brand’s voice and content building. He is also responsible for contributing to the inspiration points of each collection.
