Field Logic, the maker of The Block targets and Rage expandable broadheads, has appointed Jay Engstrom to the role of executive vice president and COO. In this capacity, Engstrom will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Field Logic’s research and development, market expansion, fulfillment and information technology operations.

Engstrom most recently served as president of River’s Edge Treestands, where he was responsible for the creation and growth of the company. He sold River’s Edge Treestands to Ardisam in 1996 and remained at the helm until February 2009.

A resident of Wisconsin, Engstrom will report directly to Pulkrabek.
