Houdini Sportswear, a global circular sportswear company, introduced its SS24 collection using lightweight fabrics.
Houdini’s Go garments suit biking, climbing, hiking and traveling and reported that “100 percent of the products are made from environmentally preferred sources, are PFAS-free, and made from recycled, renewable, biodegradable and bluesign certified materials.”
The line will be available in January 2024 at select retailers and through its website.
“This line reinforces our philosophy to produce environmentally responsible apparel enabling people to do more and go further with smaller wardrobes,” said Eva Karlsson, Houdini CEO, “As we continue to fight overconsumption, the 2024 collection reinforces our Design Checklist principles. Contrary to fast fashion, our styles become ‘lifelong companions,’ items that by their quality, functionality and style simply don’t need to be replaced.”
Houdini’s Go collection includes the Go Jacket, Go Pants and Go Shorts. The “Light, stretchy, softshell pieces have a casual silhouette, ideal for city pursuits, and use a comfortable, breathable polyester, a recycled polyester ripstop blend and PFAS-free water repellent fabric.”
Other items shown for SS24 include the Pace Flow Houdi, One Parka, and Mono Air and Power lines. The Route and the Dawn dresses continue, as well as the Tree Tee for men and women.
