Connexa Sports Technologies, Inc., the parent of the Slinger Bag tennis ball launcher and Gameface.ai, appointed Steven Crummy and Rodney Rapson to its board of directors to fill the vacancies left by the resignations in 2022 of Gabriel Goldman and Rohit Krishnan.

According to a regulatory filing, the board of Connexa unanimously voted Crummy to its audit committee and Rapson to the compensation committee. Both Crummy and Rapson are independent directors.

Crummy has served as the senior vice president of Investor Relations at NuEra Capital Corporation since 2022. Previously, he was a partner in the COVID Rapid Exam from 2021 to 2022, an advisor to IdentifySensors Biologics from 2021 through 2022, an advisor to Cmind AI from 2019 to 2021 and chairman of CyVision Technologies, Inc. from 2017 through 2021.

Rapson has been the CEO of Inspiretek Pty, Ltd. since November 2022, managing director of PlaySight Europe from 2017 through 2022 and managed Base Tennis Academy from 2010 through 2022.
