Rev Group Promotes Recent Hire to New VP/General Manager Role

Rev Group promoted Eduardo Castano to vice president and general manager of Lance Camper Mfg. Corp.

Castano joined Lance Camper in March 2023 as director of operations. Castano will report to Mike Lanciotti, president of REV’s recreation segment, in his new position.

Before joining Lance Camper, Castano was a senior plant manager for Horizon Global in Reynosa, Mexico and McAllen, TX. His oversight included production, safety, quality, engineering, program management, IT, HR, purchasing, and materials. He also worked for Mahle Pistons and Sachs Automotive as plant manager and operations manager and was in the automotive industry for over 25 years.

“Eduardo was the ideal choice to step into the Lance VP/GM role. He will utilize his extensive experience in manufacturing operations to improve operations, increase revenue, expand profits, and achieve overall business goals and objectives,” said Mike Lanciotti, president of Rev Group’s recreation segment.
