Under Armour’s Principal Accounting Officer To Exit

Under Armour reported in a regulatory filing that Aditya Maheshwari, senior vice president and principal accounting officer, informed the company he had accepted a position as chief accounting officer for a public company in a different industry.

Maheshwari’s last day at Under Armour is August 25, 2023. On that date, UA’s Board of Directors will designate CFO David Bergman as the principal accounting officer for the company.

Maheshwari joined Under Armour in January 2020 and was previously chief accounting officer for OpenText Corp. His responsibilities include accounting compliance and operations, financial reporting with the U.S. SEC and internal controls.
