Coats Group Plc created a new footwear division after acquiring Texon and Rhenoflex in 2022.

After a period of integration, the Coats Group launched Coats Footwear, offering footwear and accessories manufacturers over 450 products, including structural components to upper materials, insoles and threads. Brands include Nylbond, CoatsKnit, EcoVerde, Powerflex, ProWeave, Rhenoprint, Cyclea, Vogue, and Verde. The Group also reported that it has sustainable innovations on the horizon.
