Academy Sports + Outdoors opened its first store in Peoria, IL, the second in the state, including the store in Fallon, IL.
Located at 7611 North Grand Prairie Drive, the over 60,000-square-foot store is the retailer’s second store to open in 2023, with a reported goal of opening 13-to -5 stores this year and 120-to-140 new stores by the end of 2027.
Academy has 270 stores operational across 18 states.
