Jimmy Jazz will be adding two more stores in the state of North Carolina to bring its total number of stores in the state to seven. The new locations will be opening on June 18th at Carolina Place Mall in Pineville and Charlotte’s Northlake Mall. Since the start of 2009, Jimmy Jazz has added stores in Raleigh-Durham and Winston-Salem. Other locations in the North Carolina market include Fayetteville, Cary and Greensboro.

“Carolina Place Mall and Northlake Mall shoppers can expect nothing but the best of urban fashion from our new locations,” stated Vice President of Stores for Jimmy Jazz, Amjid Shah. “Our organization is very excited to be opening a 6th and 7th location in the state of North Carolina.”

Along with the Charlotte grand openings, Jimmy Jazz, along with premier hip-hop station, Power 98FM, will host a live radio broadcast at the Carolina Place Mall Jimmy Jazz location from 2-4 p.m. on June 27th, hosted by popular radio personality, No Limit Larry from the station’s “The Morning Maddhouse” show.

Additionally, new Jimmy Jazz stores have been opened this year in Ohio, Michigan, Georgia, South Carolina, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. The fashion retailer also plans on entering the Florida market before the end of 2009.

Aside from its store expansions, the Brooklyn-based retailer recently unveiled its e-commerce website, JimmyJazz.com. The site will also be updated on a daily basis with the latest urban lifestyle content.
