Self Esteem Brands (SEB) officially launched Sumhiit Fitness at FIT Summit in Singapore, .its first studio brand for franchising worldwide.
Sumhiit Fitness is a “scientifically proven” condensed group workout giving members a better workout in minimal time with 50 minutes of calorie burn in a 35-minute session, as validated by researchers and exercise physiologists at UCLA. The coach-led format rotates between cardio on an air bike and strength training exercises in high-intensity 60-second bursts.
Sumhiit Fitness is the twin brand of Basecamp Fitness in the U.S. Sumhiit Fitness is the second brand, following Anytime Fitness, and the first studio concept for franchising worldwide from SEB.

Collective Wellness Group, an affiliate of Anytime Australia Pte. Ltd., the Australia-based Anytime Fitness master franchisee, is the first to open a Sumhiit Fitness location, with timing expected in fall 2023.

The Sumhiit Fitness brand launch is part of SEB’s global growth strategy to open 10,000 fitness, health and wellness clubs and studios worldwide by 2030.
