Superfeet hired Nike veteran Trip Randall as CEO, whose experience in the footwear industry comes from working more than 23 years across a diverse range of positions at Nike, including vice president and general manager of Nike Running in North America, global vice president and general manager of Nike.com and vice president of global sales and marketplace for Nike Kids.
Most recently, Randall was the global brand president of Denon, a Japanese manufacturer of audio, home theater and software products, where he led the brand’s repositioning.
Randall replaces John Rauvola, who led the insoles manufacturer for the past decade and announced his plans to retire late last year.
“Hearing stories of how Superfeet has changed the lives of users by elevating performance levels, assisting with daily pain management and even simply helping people get through the workday is truly inspiring,” said Randall. “A common thread for me with companies I admire most is that they have a deep set of values, incredible team spirit and a loyal passionate fanbase. Superfeet has all three, and I am excited to be part of accelerating the trajectory of growing Superfeet’s loyal customer base worldwide.”
“Trip’s appointment to lead Superfeet marks an exciting new chapter in our company’s journey,” said Rauvola. “With his remarkable vision, strategic mindset and deep industry knowledge, Trip is exceptionally well-positioned to lead Superfeet into the future as we experience growth in international markets, focused investments in technology and an expanded commitment to serving medical providers through Superfeet Rx, our new medical division, all while continuing to foster our deep commitment to long-standing retail partners.”
“I would like to extend my heartful gratitude to the exceptional team at Superfeet,” added Rauvola. “It is through their unwavering dedication, hard work and commitment to always doing what’s right that the Superfeet brand has achieved remarkable success. I have full confidence that under Trip’s leadership, the Superfeet family will continue to thrive, innovate and make a lasting impact in people’s lives.”
