Fanatics signed a long-term multichannel retail partnership with Barnsley F.C., a professional football club based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, England.
Fanatics becomes the exclusive operator for Barnsley’s online e-commerce store, in addition to operating on-site retail at Oakwell Stadium. The deal also sees Fanatics acquire the club’s master license for all Barnsley FC-branded merchandise, with Fanatics manufacturing and distributing an expanded range of Barnsley-trademarked products. The online Barnsley F.C. Direct store will be refreshed by Fanatics.
