END., the Newcastle, London-based luxury, streetwear and sportswear retailer, hired Lea Cranfield, formerly at Yoox Net-A-Porter Group (YNAP), as chief buying and merchandising officer.
At YNAP, she was the chief buying and merchandising officer for Net-a-Porter, Mr Porter and The Outnet. She worked for YNAP for nearly a decade, starting as the merchandising manager for Mr Porter on its launch in February 2011, and subsequently held various senior executive roles at the group.
Before YNAP, Cranfield held leadership roles at luxury online and physical retailers, including MatchesFashion as commercial director and executive merchandising roles at Liberty and London-based fashion emporium Dover Street Market.
