Yeti, Inc. said in a regulatory filing that Tracey Brown gave notice of her resignation from its Board of Directors effective May 4 for reasons related to her other professional responsibilities.
Yeti said Brown’s decision to resign is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the company, the company’s management, or the company’s Board of Directors on any matter relating to the company’s operations, policies or practices.
Yeti thanked Brown for her service on the Board of Directors and wished her well in her other professional endeavors.
Currently EVP, president and chief customer officer at Walgreens, Brown joined Yeti’s board in 2020.
