Dick’s Sporting Goods is closing its store in Knightdale, NC, in May, according to Triangle Business Journal.
The store is located at Knightdale Marketplace, consisting of Midtown Commons and The Shoppes at Midway Plantation.
According to the report, a sign on the store window notifies consumers that Dick’s is vacating by May 20. The retailer opened the store in 2008.
Dick’s operates six other regional stores near Triangle Town Center, Pleasant Valley Promenade and Brier Creek Commons in Raleigh; White Oak Crossing in Garner; New Hope Commons in Durham; Crossroads Plaza in Cary; and Beaver Creek Crossing in Apex.
