Amer Sports hired Andrew Page, former CFO for Foot Locker, as Group CFO of Amer Sports and a member to its executive committee. Page reports to Board Executive Director and CEO James Zheng.
“We are excited to welcome Andrew to the Amer Sports team. Andrew brings a great mix of world-class global finance function capability, direct-to-consumer transformation experience and deep experience in the U.S. market, which is a critical region for our growth,” said Zheng.
Furthermore, Douglas Gilbert is appointed deputy CFO, SVP Group Finance, reporting to Page. Gilbert will continue to play a critical role in enabling the acceleration of Amer Sports and in providing continuity of finance leadership, operations and governance. Gilbert will remain a member of the Executive Board.
“We want to sincerely thank Doug for his strong leadership and contributions as Interim Group CFO for the past two years. Doug has been instrumental in enabling the start of our acceleration journey and in leading and governing our global finance organization through this transition period,” said Zheng.
