iKamper, a manufacturer of rooftop tents and outdoor gear, expanded its U.S. Marketing and eCommerce team hiring Erik Flink as director of Marketing and eCommerce and Thomas Rousseve as community marketing manager.
The hires follow the recently released iKamper PNW Edition Skycamp and the opening of the company’s first brick-and-mortar store outside of Seattle, WA.

With 22 years of industry experience spearheading integrated marketing initiatives, Fink comes to the role from having worked across the Cascade Designs portfolio of brands, including Mountain Safety Research and Therm-a-Rest. As the director of marketing and e-commerce, Fink is responsible for delivering insights and recommendations to optimize the performance of iKamper’s marketing department, marketing programs/campaigns and assist the marketing department in driving growth and awareness of the brand.
Rousseve brings over eight years of experience in the automotive aftermarket space, having worked in marketing operations, content creation, new product introductions, social media, sponsorships, and events at Wheel Pros, 4 Wheel Parts, and Smittybilt. Rousseve will continue to foster iKamper’s community growth through his knowledge of the outdoor and automotive industries.
