Turtle Fur reported strategic leadership hires, including CEO Jim Osgood, CFO Matt Glomski and VP of Marketing & E-Commerce Erika Canfield.
- Osgood comes to Turtle Fur with over 30 years of business leadership and product innovation experience, including nearly 15 years as CEO and president for several outdoor companies, including Klean Kanteen and Cascade Designs, Inc. In addition to his role at Turtle Fur, Osgood serves as Board Chair for 1% for the Planet. As the brand’s first CEO, Osgood will drive strategies and plans for building the core business while expanding into new markets and product categories.
- Glomski will be responsible for the company’s financial actions, analyzing strengths and weaknesses and recognizing new opportunities. With over 15 years of experience in retail and consumer products, he received his CPA license while working for Ernst & Young in its Los Angeles, CA, office.
- Canfield joins the company with 20-plus years of experience leading global marketing and creative departments in the outdoor and performance sports industries, including Outdoor Research and Stanley (Pacific Market International). At Turtle Fur, Canfield will drive brand strategy, expand its customer base and grow eCommerce sales.
Osgood, Glomski and Canfield join the executive team of Colin Giblin, VP of operations and Meghan Ksiazek, VP of product.
