Shoe Pavilion has hired IP Recovery, Inc., an intellectual property asset disposition and advisory services company, to manage the sale of Shoe Pavilions intellectual property and intangible assets portfolio. The assets for sale include, the Shoe Pavilion registered trademark,
registered internet domain name, and other intellectual property
assets.
Shoe Pavilion, which filed for bankruptcy in July, moved to liquidate its remaining 64 locations in October.
