Club Champion opened its first fitting studio in Glasgow, Scotland. It follows the acquisition of the UK-based club fitter Golf Principles in early 2022. Club Champion also has partnered affiliations in Canada, England, and Australia.
“We’re thrilled to finally open a Club Champion location in the birthplace of golf,” said Adam Levy, CEO, Club Champion. “With this Scotland studio, we can continue lowering the scores of golfers in this serious golf community through better equipment.”
The studio features two indoor hitting bays with TrackMan launch monitors for analyzing performance, a Sam PuttLab to find a putte, and a build shop for repairing and assembling golf clubs by hand. The roughly 5,000-square-foot space also includes a demo matrix of head and shaft options.
“This is an exciting opportunity for every golfer in Glasgow and in Scotland, overall,” said Warren Scarr, Club Champion’s International general manager. “From the sheer amount of club combinations to the expertise our club fitters possess, Scottish golfers will be thrilled to have access to this sort of experience when looking to better their game.”
Established in 2010, there are more than 110 Club Champion locations internationally, including studios in Canada, the UK and Australia.
