Life Time reached an agreement with the Brodsky Organization and Greenland USA to open an athletic club in the Brooklyn Crossing development in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn.

Life Time will occupy more than 37,000 square feet of space inside the 51-story residential tower. The venue is set to open in 2024.

“This is an extremely exciting project for us as we continue our expansion throughout New York City, particularly in Brooklyn, with our recently opened location in Dumbo and upcoming destination in The Brooklyn Tower,” said Parham Javaheri, Life Time’s EVP and chief property development officer.

“The new partnership with Life Time underscores The Brodsky Organization’s commitment to providing the latest and best lifestyle amenities for its residents,” said Alexander Brodsky of The Brodsky Organization. “As a company praised for its focus on health and wellness, sustainable practices and a growing portfolio of clubs, Life Time is the perfect partner for our latest development, Brooklyn Crossing. We hope this new partnership will be the first of many.”

Life Time has more than 160 athletic country clubs across the U.S. and Canada.
