BSN Sports, a division of Varsity Brands, acquired Unique Image, LLC located in Wilmington, DE.
Unique Image specializes in custome promotional, corporate and team athletic products and apparel since its founding in 1979 by Bob Gleber. The second-generation family business is managed by brothers and co-owners Jason and Jon Gleber.
As part of the acquisition, Jason Gleber and the company’s sales team joined BSN Sports. The company’s in-house screen printing operation will remain under Jon Gleber’s management as a contract decoration service joining BSN Sports’ third-party decoration system.
