Pentland Brands hired Belinda Deery as chief human resources officer. Deery has held HR leadership roles within FTSE-listed, private equity and family-owned global companies, including Clarks, New Look, House of Fraser, and Debenhams.

 She joined Pentland this month from the behavioral change consultancy, KultraLab, where she was chief insight and solutions officer for the past two years. Before KultraLab, Deery spent nine years at Clarks in the roles of HR director, global talent director and chief people officer.

In her new role with Pentland Brands, Deery will lead the company’s HR department, recruitment, reward, employee engagement, and internal communications teams across the business and brands globally.

Alongside her CHRO and exec responsibilities, Belinda will lead the new culture program that will help us to attract and retain the best talent.”
