Saucony launched the Ride 15 TR road-to-trail crossover shoe built with a new PwrRun foam cushioning formula, a low-profile PwrTrac outsole and a lightweight mesh upper.
For runners who embrace the elements, the Ride 15 TR GTX, is engineered with Gore Invisible Fit technology, providing waterproof protection with the flex fit and feel of the Ride 15 TR.
“The Ride 15 TR is all about providing accessibility, especially for trail newcomers,” said Katie Pyle, senior product line manager, Saucony Trail. “Many new trail runners choose to keep it simple, running from their front door to their local trailhead. Regardless of whether they’re on the pavement or pine needles, they want a go-to shoe that is light and agile yet instills confidence.
“In creating the Ride 15 TR, we didn’t have to look far to deliver a shoe that could do it all. Taking the proven road features of the Ride 15, a favorite of new runners for its heel-to-toe smoothness, we added even more soft cushioning, plenty of off-road grip and a durable upper.
“Finally, since trail running is not always a fair-weather sport, the Ride 15 TR GTX provides the best-in-class waterproof protection to keep your feet dry and warm through wet and rainy conditions,” concluded Pyle.
The Ride 15 TR and Ride 15 TR GTX are available in men’s sizes 7-14 and women’s sizes 5-12. For more product information, go here.
