According to a report from the St. Louis Business Journal, The pending Bass Pro Shops location in Sunset Hills, MO will add 17,500 square feet onto its original 75,000-square-foot layout.
The store was projected to open in November 2022 but now takes up the shopping center at 3600 S. Lindbergh Blvd., Grant Mechlin, broker for the Sansone Group, told the publication.
Bass Pro will occupy a former Toys R Us, which closed in 2018 and lease the site next door, currently occupied by The Tile Shop, which is scheduled to close on October 31.
