Dovetail Workwear hired Katie Copeland as national sales director. In this role, she will manage its North American-based sales team and independent reps. She will also execute sales and retail objectives and support the overall growth strategy for the brand.
Before joining Dovetail, Copeland built her career in the outdoor industry in sales management, including, most recently, at Petzl America, as national sales manager since 2018. She also spent three years at Amer Sports, briefly as a sales analyst, before leading commercial management at Salomon. Additional experience includes sales operations at Gregory and as a territory sales rep for Evault.
