Poler Stuff announced the appointment of its first vice president titles to Kharma Vella as VP of product & marketing and MJ Ko as VP of sales & operations.

Four additional Poler employees were also promoted, including Kyle Richner to director of sales & operations, Noah Moncrieff to sales manager, Jerome Jacobsen to operations manager, and Rachael Warner to manager of its Portland, OR-based flagship store.

“We are excited to have such a hard-working and dynamic team here at Poler and look forward to continued growth in the months and years to come,” said Poler CEO Cape Capener. “It’s our mission to build Poler into the most engaging brand bridging the gap between the outdoor and action sports industry, made possible only by our community.”

Vella, one of the brand’s co-founders, will continue to bring his creative energy and product design acumen to the brand in his newly-appointed VP role.

Ko, who has been with the brand since its relaunch in late 2019, continues to lead and oversee Poler’s supply chain, forecasting, production, warehousing, and distribution as the brand grows domestically and internationally.
