Mountainsmith, the Colorado-based gear manufacturer specializing in hiking and camping, announced it appointed Kipp Godfrey as a sales and service rep, Lora Buboltz as an e-commerce marketplace manager and Nirveek Shah as a graphic designer.
- Godfrey, an industry veteran of eight years, entered the fly fishing category working in retail in Central Oregon. Before Mountainsmith, Godfrey was the operations manager at Rainy Pass Repair in Seattle, where he handled customer service and managed communication with corporate warranty partners, including Sitka, Mammut, First Lite, Norrona and others. In his new role, he will focus on fulfilling drop ship and direct consumer orders, warranty assessment and processing, and general customer inquiries.
- Lora Buboltz comes to Mountainsmith with over ten years of experience in the outdoor industry. Her background is in operations, key account management and e-commerce experience. She has worked with companies including Vail Resorts, The Boppy Company and, most recently, b4Adventure, where she has spearheaded operations and supported key accounts. In her new role at Mountainsmith, Buboltz is tasked with growing its online sales business through omni-channel strategies while also being responsible for data analytics, marketing, order processing, and optimizing product portfolios on e-commerce platforms.
- Nirveek Shah worked in Nepal at a men’s lifestyle magazine and as the branding and marketing lead at an NGO in New York City. In his previous role, he worked with photographers, stylists and writers globally, which will allow him to bring a creative and innovative perspective to Mountainsmith in its upcoming projects.
